Mentors Success is usually precluded by help from mentors. Mentors come from anywhere and everywhere, many giving of their time and energies with never a thought of return. I have had mentors from my earliest years, my first being my mother. I was fortunate that she was not only a good mentor but the very best of mentors as her ideals were high and she had a strong faith in education. I have been fortunate to have many other caring people around me during different times of my growth as a person. I recall much of their advice when I need it most. Unfortunately for me and many others, we didn't always listen. A lot of the best advice is ignored until recalled when you have matured in years and no longer need it. I apologize to myself and to my mentors for that.

A photo of some of the people who have influenced my learning. I won't mention names, they will recognize who they are. I will say some are family, some are very good friends and others are people who have donated their time to instruct me out of the goodness of their hearts never having met them. Each of them is a welcome intrusion when thinking of them.
Thank you to all of my mentors as each and every one of you have been good for me and to me. I appreciate you. You are very special.
